The last few weeks were crazy, to say the least. From the top.
Around October last year, after the second closedown due to c19, I decided that it was enough. I have become ready to pursue my life.
It took me around a month to sort out all my feelings and thoughts. It took also a month to find an interesting job. The aim was kitesurfing instructor and after a few interviews, it was 414kiting that stood out. They wanted me and I/we wanted Italy.
Coming to Gera Lario for almost 5 months needed some preparation. We’ve decided to rent an apartment in Gdynia. With the covid situation, nothing was 100% until the end. I took the chance. Planned everything as good I could and let the time fly. During that time I’ve done my personal trainer course, trx and kettlebells certificate. I’ve finished about 15 tracks for music libraries and got my remix on a compilation. We spent April moving around boxes and stuff from Gdynia to my parent’s house. That was a lot. I was so relieved when we arrived – the boxes stopped! No more packing and unpacking, organizing, and driving thousands of km for a while! Ugh! At least for a few months.
We drove about 1800km, which took us 2 days with our beloved Lilianna. Before leaving for Gera Lario we spent a week at Rewa. Liliannka had a chance to get used to suitcases and apparently liked it! Traveling with a cat is demanding. She handled the trip very well but didn’t want any food or water. Next time she will be hydrated with some more persuasion. She had a brake whenever we did. Also, I’ve discovered that a 10m jute twine could be a great portable cat scratcher when wound around something (such as a table leg).
