Jessica Slate swears by brutal leg workouts for insane strength and sculpted quads. Here’s her go-to routine:

Workout Plan

  • Squats – 4 sets of 10 reps (increase weight each set)
  • Bulgarian Split Squats – 3 sets of 12 reps (per leg)
  • Romanian Deadlifts – 4 sets of 8 reps
  • Leg Press – 3 sets of 15 reps
  • Calf Raises – 4 sets of 20 reps
